Ingredients you will need

 ~ one package of tortellinis, stuffing of your choice
 ~ one or two boneless skinless breast of chicken, cut up
 ~ one tablespoon of bottled horseradish
 ~ one tablespoon of Dijon Mustard (the real thing!)
 ~ one can of stewed tomatoes, halves or diced, plain
 ~ three of four green onions sliced
 ~ olive oil

 The first step will be in a pot to boil some water and cook the tortellinis. They do
 not take long. Remove and place into a bowl, coating them with about one
 tablespoon of olive oil to prevent then from sticking to each other.
 In the same pot cook the diced chicken with the horseradish, mustard
 and a tablespoon of olive oil.
 When done, remove and place next to the tortellinis in the same bowl.
 You can now cook the green onions for a few minutes and add the tomatoes
 as they will also take on the flavors left in the juice from cooking the chicken.
 Add the tortellinis till warmed up and dish it out of a plate (Chinet plate works
 great!). Warm up the chicken and arrange as seen in the picture.
 This is quick and tasty with not much prep and a one pan meal. You could mix
 the tortellinis and chicken at the end, making the process easier.
